Standard fulfillment time for apparel products (t-shirts etc.) is 2-7 business days and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters etc.). Once your order has been fulfilled and left the building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. For each country the customs policy is different. The fee may vary depending on your order value, weight, size, country limits, and other factors.
SaaS.group does not take responsibility for possible fees. You can check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
If you refuse a shipment from SaaS.group, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties, fees and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package.
Order Never Arrived
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Everything that is made to order is final sale, with the exception of damaged goods. We are, however, here to assist you in any way possible before you place your order to ensure you get the right size. Please reach out via the contact page if you need assistance.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
If your shirt is delivered and the size is wrong, we will offer you a replacement at cost, please email us for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For items eligible for returns, they must be received back within 30 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. SaaS.group is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
